Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Voizhen platform and services. By using the service, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. If not agreed, use of the service must cease immediately.
1. Service Description
Voizhen provides digital tools and telecommunication services such as text-to-speech generation. No account registration or personal identification is required to access core functionality.
2. No Registration Required
Use of the service does not require account creation. Payments and access operate without persistent user identity. See the [privacyPolicyLinkText] for additional details.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Engage in illegal activity.
- Submit harmful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Use the service for sexually explicit, obscene, or impersonation purposes.
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt unauthorized system access or introduce malware.
- Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
Service access may be restricted for violations. Due to the platform’s no-log design, enforcement ability may be limited.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Cryptocurrency Payments: All payments are processed via public blockchain. Users are responsible for address, amount, and network selection.
- No Refunds: Payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
- Pricing: Rates may change at any time. Service may be modified or discontinued without notice.
- Confirmation: Service credits are applied once sufficient payment is confirmed on-chain.
5. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of submitted content. A temporary license is granted for service execution only.
Generated outputs may be used for lawful purposes. Use of Voizhen branding, platform, or software is not permitted without prior permission.
6. No Warranty
The service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, uptime, or error correction.
7. Limitation of Liability
Voizhen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 3 months for the affected service.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Voizhen from any claims resulting from use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Modifications
Terms and services may be updated without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes must be settled in Singaporen jurisdiction.
